The castle is situated at the edge of a forest in the district of village Konak. It was
built in 1835 for Petar, member of the aristocratic family Jagodic. Family Jagodic it is
important for the cultural history of the Serbian people in Vojvodina, and it used to be
their property till the Second World War. The castle is cultural property of great importance.
